Excellent Customer Service

What do you like best? I've had a few issues come up over the past month. Paul, with FlowMapp, has helped me both times and resolved my issues quickly! What do you dislike? I don't have any complaints. The problems I had were quickly taken care of. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I don't personally use FlowMapp, I just manage it for my organization.

Amazing!

What do you like best? Its so simple to use. Easy exports. Their own Ui/UX is a best practice case. The Sitemap tool just amazing. What do you dislike? Until today, May 2020. I really like it all. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Web stucture, SEO, touchpoints, etc. Quick and easy to setup while visually powerful.

Really promising tool for PM and UX

What do you like best? You can easily build your web app maps, and then define user flows reusing the map pages. The UI is very intuitive and helps you think of what you need to build your desired flows. I'm looking forward to seeing how FlowMapp evolves because it can facilitate enormously the dialogue between PMs, Designers and even Engineers, so we all share a common understanding of the most important user flows. An essential tool when our team builds web and mobile software products

What do you like best? Allows the team and customers to easily visualize what they are getting. Sometimes the maps get really big, but it allows customers to view exactly what they are getting. We can easily export to SVG and put in our presentations/delivery system to customers. Developers also have a visual of what things will look like from a hierarchy perspective and more details on user flows to build out code. What do you dislike? Flowmapp's Persona Builder

What do you like best? We were looking for ways to build our customer personas, and then we found Flowmapp, it made our work easy. This tool is easy to use; you can simply drag and drop and edit things. I would happily recommend this tool to anyone who is trying to build customer personas. What do you dislike? Love Flowmapp!

What do you like best? It lets me create user and task flows so quickly. I have saved many many hours using it. It's very easy to use interface pretty intuitive. I picked up everything in a few minutes. What do you dislike? I wish I could create templates of the shape colors instead of changing them every time. Easy way to visualise your projects and wow clients.

What do you like best? I love how easy it is to quickly mockup a site heirarchy with as much or little detail as you need, and then export it to use in presentations or proposals. The ability to add coloured tags and even insert some content structure to the pages are really helpful too. What do you dislike? It would be great if you could add multiple sitemaps per project.
