What do you like best? It's easy to use! Has a good varety of templates. Great customer support. What do you dislike? I haven't run into any roadblocks. Easy to use. Saved hours of time and increased our efficiency greatly

What do you like best? We love the ease of working with the Sitemap tool and the UserFlow tool. We started with a single account with FlowMapp and quickly realized how FlowMapp could help us be more efficient. So we switched to a team plan and invited our teams to collaborate in FlowMapp. We never had any issues and the support team is always there to help us out if we're stuck somewhere. A brilliant tool

What do you like best? FlowMapp is remarkably intuitive (and even fun) to use. The use of standard keyboard shortcuts (space to pan) it a nice touch. What do you dislike? Pages can be tagged with a colour label to differentiate them form other pages — I'd like these to be more obvious. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Wireframing is much faster to visualise and, more importantly edit.

The kind of tool I was looking for

What do you like best? I like the fact that it's tailored to what I wanted to do, which is to refine and turbo-charge our web design process. We didn't really have a good method of gathering content or collaborating, but now we do and I'm really excited about how FlowMapp will help us more revenue by allowing us to get more done in less time, and with a higher quality result than before. Wonderful Customer Service

What do you like best? We had a difficult time setting up our team account, but the Customer Service Team was helpful every single step of the way! What do you dislike? There is really nothing to improve, this is going to be a wonderful product once some of the minor, minor bugs are dealt with! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We now have a better way to share, store, and improve our sitemaps.

Great tool, even greater support

What do you like best? When I had an issue, they jumped on it immediately and saved the day. Immensely helpful. What do you dislike? Ability to recover a deleted project would be good. Great, easy to use, collaborative site mapping tool

What do you like best? I've been using FlowMapp for 6+ months now and I find it very easy to use. I can create the basics of a site map in minutes and collaboratively expand it out with my clients. The export options are great - particularly PDF export - it creates a professional looking document which I can take to client meetings or send to them for review. Best sitemap and content gathering tool

What do you like best? I've tried many different services but haven't found any as easy to use or as simple for clients to use than FlowMapp. I use it for generating client's sitemaps and then ask clients to login and add their content. I can then easily take that content and use it to build their new website. What do you dislike? Good collaborative tool for creating sitemaps, user flows and customer journey maps

What do you like best? Creating flowcharts is pretty straight forward. I like that you can collaborate with team mates and it provides the sitemap in a visual manner that is good for presentations and walking clients through. The designs of the icons are nice and I love that you can upload an XML sitemap. What do you dislike? It would be nice if it were a little more customizable. For example the text labels are really small if you want to use it in a presentation outside of ...
