"Great user experience, easy to upload and edit."

What do you like best about Flipsnack? I have used Flipsnack since 2015. I like the simplicity of uploading, editing, and sharing. The end-user interface is also fantastic. What do you dislike about Flipsnack? I can't think of any downsides to Flipsnack. What problems is Flipsnack solving and how is that benefiting you? Online tool for employee benefits guides.

"Easy product with multiple options"

What do you like best about Flipsnack? I enjoy the different possibilities for inserting more interactive options into my publications - from active links to videos. Or I can be super lazy and just convert my PDF to a flip book. What do you dislike about Flipsnack? We only publish 4 times per year, so I started with the 10 issue subsciption option. However I eventually ran out of room with no option to archive "old" flip books so need to purchase additional issues, which I will not be able ...

"Nearly 10 years use and still counting"

What do you like best about Flipsnack? My challenge back in 2014 was to take a dying print magazine and ensure that it would live on as a digital presence. Of course like many print magazines the print edition still survives but has a digital twin companion. In some respects the challenge each month is creating the magazine as a PDF for print. I haven't had any problems with Flipsnack, so there really is nothing that I dislike. What problems is Flipsnack solving and how is that benefiting you? I don't know of any problems.

The user experience can be more user friendly with grabbing elements or adding elements to the pages What problems is Flipsnack solving and how is that benefiting you? It doesn't really solve a problem for our business but we have been using it to show an overview of any new communities that we have

What do you like best about Flipsnack? Allows you to create a professional and polished look to pdf documents. The customer service is great, when we have had questions we are always given support. What do you dislike about Flipsnack? Needs an easier, more intuitive backend. What problems is Flipsnack solving and how is that benefiting you? Solving the need to share pdfs on a digital platform. It is benefiting my organization by providing a more interactive user experience for the recipients.

What do you like best about Flipsnack? Support is great, software has a lot of design features and options. What do you dislike about Flipsnack? I wish if you delete a page you could undo it if need be What problems is Flipsnack solving and how is that benefiting you? when adding additional pages to flipsnack letting the user choose where to place them, not just at the end

What do you like best about Flipsnack? Flipsnack provides an user-friendly experience and excellent customer service. What do you dislike about Flipsnack? I have not come across anything displeasing while using Flipsnack. What problems is Flipsnack solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to upload my videos directly to the platform without going through any 3rd party service.

What do you like best about Flipsnack? I like the product, user frielody and great customer service What do you dislike about Flipsnack? Needs to be more secure. Peole are stealing their product and marketing as their own. They even used one of our own published decks to display "their" product. What problems is Flipsnack solving and how is that benefiting you? It creates an aesthetically pleasing and clean look to our presentation deck. Great in an email and on our website.
