This app promises to turn your PDF in a flipbook, but it is really confusing on the export methods, as it seems that if you export your flipbook as a PDF, you get an static file, and not the flipbook effect. The thing is, that there's no way of corroborating this, unless you pay for the premium plan. As you cannot export a PDF file, not even with a watermark, when using the free plan. I purchased a six issue subscription of…

I purchased a six issue subscription of a magazine on flipsnack and I now have the first two issues, but the problem now is before I got the second issue flipsnack counted two incomplete sample issues towards my subscription. So now I have only 2 issues left of my six issue subscription, which only comes to four issues. Will flipsnack continue to count those sample issues towards my six issue subcription or not?

Great customer support

1) Free trial feature should be improved - after 2 hours of building a book you try to download it and receive a notification that work will be lost unless you pay for a month subscription. Must be clear in advance. 2) Had some aspect with payment, Customer service resolved it within minutes - that part was nice above expectations.

Really incredibly rude customer…

Really incredibly rude customer service, Paul.. Patronising and uncompromising and quite frankly insulting and abusive. The expensive basic service just gives you a pdf, which is a free product. They do not clearly advertise that you dont get a flipbook until you the second service up, which is $100's - this is after they take $200 for a free pdf. Its a con. Stay away from this awful company. Plenty of free competition out there. I have reported them for fraud

"Super easy to use!"

What do you like best about Flipsnack? I created a PDF portfolio when I did not have the time to build a website, but I wanted to have an online home for applications where links were accepted, but PDFs were not. Flipsnack served this purpose wonderfully. The page flip sounds and shadowing are such a nice touch! What do you dislike about Flipsnack?
