Communication and service is great
Communication and service is great. Daily update emails help us to stay on top of delivery dates and any changes that may need to happen. The Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist to ensure deliveries are received completely and in a timely manner. Flexport Has Excellent Service
I love the up to date information provided by Flexport's portal on each of my shipments. I know where my shipments are and approximately when they will be delivered. Their employees are very helpful with any requests I make. Pricing is competitive with other freight forwarders we have used in the past. I recommend Flexport to other companies and tell them that they will enjoy working with Flexport as much as I do.
