Very disappointed in this service

Very disappointed in this service. Thought of giving it a shot (though it costs way more than other remote job listing platforms) because it promises 'quality' jobs leads. Turns out the jobs listed are favouring to certain countries and not suitable for all regions as mentioned. Even if it's stated for 'International', go on and look into it and it's always based somewhere else. How could it be flex jobs in the first place?

I've had more legit interviews and finally a job for remote work with FlexJobs help. I hit scammers for virtual positions on a variety of other sites, so I can honestly say this was the only one where the service was checked out. They provided weekly Zoom meetings and opportunities to improve your skills by taking skills tests.

This subscription was a complete waste of time. I decided to give it a few months before expiring my account, to be sure it wasn't just my bad luck if I didn't find a job. Not only was the interface/platform/overall website very user-unfriendly causing me to spend far too much time (that I don't have to spare!) in navigation, but nearly every job post was actually just a lead to a staffing agency that often didn't even have said job available. I'm guessing the majority of the reviews for this site on here are fake. I paid for this site for three months and got nothing out of it. The leads were still the kind of iffy nonsense you find on non-paid job sites. The filtering was absolute rubbish. The ability to find exactly what you need in relation to your skillset is non existent. It's laughable really. Definitely not worth what they charge. Really Bad Employment Agency

I am seeing many wonderful reviews for Flexjobs. However, to me they are a really poor employment site. I have been back and forth with emails to Flexjobs because they consistently notify me of jobs which I cannot perform. I have also attended one of their online discussions to see what they could tell me about the problems that I have been experiencing. Excellent customer service. I could not make much use of this website within the first month, but they were happy to refund me the membership fee. I highly recommend FlexJobs.
