Easy to use, never any issues
What do you like best? Unattended access is very convenient - can work on issues during off peak hours. What do you dislike? It periodically times you out, and takes some wait period to get back in. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Everything remote access. Benefits are not having to pay for travel or off site technicians.

Great product and value
What do you like best? I tried several remote access software packages before hearing about FixMe.IT from a colleague. The software works great and is more fully featured than some of the competitors more expensive products. I highly recommend it. What do you dislike? Nothing I can think of to dislike at the moment. What do you like best? I can have one host (me) and a few CONCURRENT users. Im a teacher so that feature in this crisis is much valued ( I teach mainly programming.) . These guys at Fixme are performing a social service - THANKS! Reliable. No breakdowns. I'd be a bit lost for superlatives. What do you dislike? The name :-) Fixme doesn't do justice. What do you like best? How fast i can connect to each machine, the unattended section is far more superior than log me in What do you dislike? Dislike nothing, its better than joinme.com Recommendations to others considering the product: You have to try it, its fast and easy to use What problems are you solving with the product? Easy to use, and easy to get people you're supporting to use.
What do you like best? The most helpful thing about fixme.it is the convenience of sending customers to a simple website, and after running a small app, they provide you with a 6 digit passcode and you're off. Also, unattended access is a very useful feature. What do you dislike? Occasionally, if your client who you are supporting has multiple monitors, it can get confusing switching between them, as monitor 1 and 2 aren't always the left and right ones respectively. ...

Quick and easy setup, great for mobile techs and contractual support.
What do you like best? I like the fact that I can setup unattended access and keep them all organized and it syncs whether I am at the office or on the go. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Nice and easy system. Easy for my clients to install, simple remote access What do you dislike? Not Mac/Apple/Android/linux based systems, products support yet (would be amazing if it supports multi os) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Works great at a great price.
What do you like best? It does everything I need. Remote control. Unattended access. File transfer. And it is so easy to use and set up. What do you dislike?
