Fantastic Customer Support Team

I communicate with Customer Support frequently and can honestly say they are an amazing team of professionals. Each member is helpful, patient and extremely knowledgeable in their role and nothing is too much trouble for them. I could try the patience of a saint yet their enthusiasm is unwavering. I can't complement them enough!!

Support and Customer Service

Recently I called in with a problem regarding our database as there had been a corruption of data and the team at FiveCRM were very helpful. It's always hard to explain the problem when you aren't an expert and the team there are very good at understanding your problem and looking for a solution. I also must mention Trudy from their customer services who called to make sure everything went well and helped reconnect me with the support team when we had a few other problems.

Thrilled with FIVECRM

I have been completely impressed with FIVECRM! We transitioned over this past year and it has been a game changer for us. Brad is amazing! We have had some pretty custom requirements to get things up and running and with each db, we have additional changes/updates. Brad thinks outside the box and helps come up with solutions that will work for our team. He is great and explaining and coaching me through how to do it but also there to help support whenever needed. I could not be happier!!!

Excellent product, even better customer support.

By far the easiest company I have ever worked with. The product speaks for itself, but the support is what sets them apart. If you're looking for a product with great and relevant features that you can customize to your exact standards and you want want the necessary support to implement the software so it works, you're in the right place. Try to get Jon as your support guy. Happy to be a reference if you need convincing.

Brad has done an amazing job!

Brad has done an amazing job! From everything that I have heard, ACT is a very difficult platform to extract data from, and Brad was able to get it done. He has been extremely quick to address any questions/concerns and built a database that performs more functions than I would have ever imagined possible. It's refreshing to work with a company that has technical support that understands their product like Brad does!

Every step of the process with FiveCRM has been a delight, from our initial demo with them when we were shopping for a new CRM, through the implementation and training process, right up to the constant support we continue to receive on a daily basis. Valued service supplier

We've been using FiveCRM for several years now and before finding it, we were moving from CRM to CRM every year or so due to functionality difficulty etc... We are happy to report that the ongoing development that they put into their product is brilliant. Function rich and the help desk are friendly & always available. Keep it up! An excellent company with great staff. The staff are always professional, helpful and responsive. The CRM software has had a great impact on our business. Excellent Customer Service
