"Great for telemarketing and sales"

What do you like best about FIVE CRM? Ease of use, there are so many bespoke features that its very easy to build a campaign area that fits each individual client What do you dislike about FIVE CRM? Sometimes theres a little lag with the system What problems is FIVE CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Custome reports and campaign areas saves us a massive amount of time when reporting to clients

"Very good system but lacks explanations fro system failures"

What do you like best about FIVE CRM? Ease of use. It is straightforward for a new person to CRM to build a logical platform. What do you dislike about FIVE CRM? Lack of communication when there are system failures. Great at what other CRMs Simply Cannot Do - Plus Excellent Instant Support

Five CRM has so many features that make it by far my favourite CRM and absolutely the one of choice for telephone based lead generation (not just telemarketing!) and joined up telephone, SMS and email marketing. Best CRM for Telemarketing

Having used most of the CRM systems in the market in the past 15 years I can say with certainty that Five is by far the best. With it being customisable for each client area, providing full visibility and transparency to clients for reporting, allowing agents to have designated call lists which makes our teams so much more efficient. All Pros, no Cons!

What a fantastic company FIVE CRM are to work with. The system is so effortless and easy to use, from scheduling and creating email campaigns, it's compatibility with so many other systems and integrations, right through to the smallest of things that save us so much time like the research options in accounts that take you straight to your desired search engine to find further information on accounts that you may need. The support team at FIVE CRM are…

The support team at FIVE CRM are excellent. They always respond to my queries and problems in a timely fashion and more often than not are able to resolve the issue. Most issues that can't be resolved are usually beyond their control anyway.

The team are always there to help with…

The team are always there to help with any issues and really well trained in customer service. The system is still performing well and adjusting with all of the requirements now needed!
