I use FitSW for my personal training clients and it is a great resource to create customized workouts & track their progress all while keeping them engaged and involved with their own profile. Recommendations to others considering FitSW: If you need something easy to get going and user friendly then this is a good option. What problems is FitSW solving and how is that benefiting you? I can upload workouts for clients anywhere in the world.

What do you like best about FitSW? I like that you can assign workouts and that it has a decent selection of exercises to choose from. What do you dislike about FitSW? Exercises to choose from is limited when assigning workouts. All values for assessments must be a number or yes/no. Clients always have a hard time finding forms to fill out.
