I had high expectations and was immediately disappointed
Confusing interface. The invite to the zoom meeting failed several times. The messages and functionality were inconsistent. Chat took 40+ minutes (timed) to respond (the site says typical wait is 14 minutes). The chat rep was extremely slow in responding taking minutes to respond to my queries. One problem, it turned out,was that the email I used to set up the acct is different from the email used to invite the transcriber-bot. There is no way for me to change my email in the account ...
