What do you like best? It has a lot of features but still very easy to navigate it and use it. What do you dislike? I would like to have more flexible reporting options that we can easily set up ourselves and generate email reports on the fly. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? The easy features it has and the quick access to help. Any time there has been an issue I just click on the instant messenger and within minutes my problem is solved. What do you like best? Amazing customer service and technical support! What do you dislike? GEM has no dislikes in Finger check. It is an amazing program! There are GPS maps to locate where the employees have been punching, which is a big help to a company with lots of workers.
