Lots of options to automate manual tasks and improve overall efficiency. Roadmap has consistently helped further return on our investment over our relationship.

Easy to use - especially if you have Salesforce background, the tool is customizable and the customer support team is helpful in showing us where we can best leverage upgrades and new features. There is good visibility to the entire organization to show Project workflow, progress, and financials that isn't limited to just services management.

The biggest pro is that it's on the salesforce platform, where there is a wealth of training material and resources to customize and automate for our needs, so fairly easy to use. There is quite a lengthy implementation process to onboard, 3-6 months using a partner. It's a tool that our team will rely on for KPIs and metrics, requiring frequent data enty in the form of timecard entry, project updates, and resource schedule allocation. I feel ...
