What do you like best? Very easy learning curve, intuitive and provides all the needed functionality we were looking for. It is a great web browser based tool to manage our components, assembly, warehousing and shipping from our warehouse in China. Great customer support and follow up, including with our team in China. What do you like best? In a word 'service', we were allocated a support engineer using Skype who has proved to be newbie patient and highly supportive no matter the hour or day. What do you like best? The ease of use and the ability to find and edit information within the program. What do you dislike? The financial interface with QuickBooks was not as straight forward as it should have been and it required alterations to account names and a bit more setup than claimed.
