Not a Good Solution - Clumsy and Slow

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It is simple to use however this is also a negative. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The system is clumsy and looks like cheap software and the customer service and onboarding is amongst the worst in the industry. Also, their system is slow and stalls regardless of the browser you are using. You have to click multiple times just to affect one objective. One of the best out there. Great support. Wish they had complete product push but maybe one day. Updates inventory and other data if you want it to, multi site and multi store. Support really tries to help.

What do you like best? Very smart software, we adapted it with our online shop. The admin panel is clear, gives great reports and helps us to keep the sales and purchases under control. The profit calculation has a nice feature, we can see the statistics by country and also by product category. Of course also by single product. What do you dislike? From sales, inventory, and pricing you name it, they've got it. The best thing I like about the product is its capability to create barcodes that I attach to my products. What do you like best? I like that you can print barcodes for all items on a purchase order, I also like the mobile/barcode scanner app. What do you dislike? I dislike having to fake receive all the items on shipment to print out labels for them. I also don't like that you can't use a barcode scanner with the computer version really.
