We signed up for a year, stopped using the service after just a few weeks as our clients didn’t like it. I had every intention of cancelling when I got the renewal notice, but I never got one. Instead I got an invoice. On the very same day I got the invoice (they had already taken my money) I contacted them to cancel it and refund. A flat refusal to do do. Therefore my advice would be to have nothing to do with this company. All they are interested is grabbing your money.

What do you like best about Filestage? Easy to use, very intuitive and has great applications. I wish i can use other programs to link to file stage. What do you dislike about Filestage? i wish i can have the app on my phone, i can access it by web but an app would be ideal. Being able to add comments to specific parts of the video/document makes it clear what needs to be reviewed

What do you like best about Filestage? It's so easy to leave comments on the right part or timestampe of any creative (video, audio, img). Love the flexibility of being able to draw arrows, circles, etc around areas and leave feedback. User interface is nice What do you dislike about Filestage?
