A must-have solution for remote teams

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Honestly, I don't know which part about Filecamp I like best. On one hand, I appreciate how fast I can save and retrieve files to and from it. On the other, customer support is top-notch too. I've long dreaded the idea of migrating our files to the cloud, but Filecamp has made the whole process a seamless experience for us. What aspects are problematic or could work better? It would be nice to have a sneak-peek of the documents on ...

Impressive! A truly genius DAM platform.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? This platform is a brilliant marriage between DAM functionality and superb interface. I love its unlimited user capacity per account and the ability to process site-specific roles for users. It also allows private brand labeling. What aspects are problematic or could work better? It would be nice to have more control over which users get more elevated privileges when it comes to access to media and documents. Assigning access to ...

Perfect media library software

What do you like best? Very intuitive and useful software when it comes to the media library. Easy to store all assets across our whole marketing remote team. Great price to value ratio. What do you dislike? Filecamp works just fine, so I have no complaints. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our media assets are well-structured and easy to share with anyone inside and outside our organization. The fact that they offer unlimited ...

Fantastic budget Digital Asset Management platform

What do you like best? This software is a fantastic option if you need a budget Digital Asset Management but still with a very professional look and feel. Some of the best features is the granular access control for users, unlimited users (don't have to pay per seat which is a must for us!), and white label branding control. What do you dislike? The access control for folders and files is not quite granular enough, automatic emails are very limited when it comes to formatting etc, ...

Fast and easy to implement especially when team was forced into remote working

What do you like best? It's a tie between super easy uploading and customer service. Both have been really useful when moving entire marketing team to cloud storage What do you dislike? More customized views when using large amount of files. When you import a lot of data, it can be easier sometimes to enlarge the icons so you know what is what. Recommendations to others considering the product: Enjoy it :) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

An important tool for my line of work.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? There's nothing quite like Filecamp when it comes to uploading and sharing digital files with my clients. Not only does it keep all media assets safe, but it also keeps a reliable timeline of updates so my clients can see the progress of their projects. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The usability can be improved, but otherwise, everything works fine. What specific problems in your company were solved by this ...

My favorite DAM platform!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Out of all the DAM platforms I've tried out, Filecamp is- hands down- the best. It is well-designed, usable, and it doesn't burn a hole right through my pockets too. It makes it super easy for us to segregate our projects as well by allowing us to set up different login pages for each brand that we handle. I have yet to meet someone from my team who has had trouble using Filecamp. What aspects are problematic or could work better? ...

Great Product!

What do you like best? Filecamp never fails to deliver! Since we are a startup, the number of files we have is exceedingly high. We resorted to Filecamp as a solution to save videos, graphics, photographs, and other documents in an organized manner. All I can say is, our team was pleasantly surprised by the performance. The pricing of the plan turned out to be quite reasonable, and not to forget the database is easy to use. No complications, only quality management! What do you dislike? ...
