Loved the Field Nation Team!

What do you like best? Field Nation is easy to use and the team there is extremely helpful. They did a great job making sure that our first jobs done using Field Nation went as smoothly as possible. I really liked the market comparisons that they provided so that I could easily see how to price jobs in different areas. What do you dislike? High Quality, Frequent Communication

What do you like best? How do you stay totally engaged during your project? This team makes it happen with frequent, high quality communication. Email and phone, they don't let you just hang, they keep you in the loop. I was very impressed. Would definitely use again. What do you dislike? No trouble to report on this project.as we found our person quickly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Hard to find engineer for development project.

User Friendly Service Platform

What do you like best? User friendly platform. Ability to see tech ratings and comments. Good reporting. What do you dislike? Once looking at tech profiles, have to click back to go to work order and often gives an error message which can be time consuming when in a hurry (as is usual) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Excellent service for our clients with the tech rating and auto-route features

Great resource for techs

What do you like best? Fast and easy to find local technicians, especially in remote areas. What do you dislike? I dont like the process of disputes and the length of time to get them resolved. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Adding tech expenses and reimbursements. Field Nation is quick to help resolve most issues in a timely manner.

What do you like best? I mainly use this from an AP perspective, but it is super easy to use and the technicians are great. I love how the website works! What do you dislike? Sometimes we have to put the technician costs to a job and by the time we get the final cost the job (if a T&M might be closed).
