Excellent Platform with a great group of providers and buyers!
What do you like best? I love the layout of the platform and the ease at which it can be utilized. I am able to run 80% of my business just from the Field Nation platform alone. Work Market and the others just can't beat it. What do you dislike? It crashes A LOT now since the new updates. Would love to see that fixed. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Everything! Tool is easy to use. Management is responsive and effective. Techs are well mannered and efficient. What do you dislike? nothing - no complaints re FN -all gooooood Recommendations to others considering the product: use FN -- all good! What problems are you solving with the product? Very Happy with Field Nation!
What do you like best? How easy it is to access the Providers and obtain information to select new providers. The website is easy to access and use What do you dislike? How long it takes sometimes for someone to respond to escalated cases for non-performing providers What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use FN to coordinate installations of equipment.

Field Nation is a great partner
What do you like best? Field Nation is a great partner for both the provider and the buyer, providing protections for both and acting as and arbitor/liaison if needed for quick and easy resolution What do you dislike? I have not really seen a downside, the problem reporting could use some streamlining What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Any issues that may arise with a provider are easily resolved with the Field Nation solutions

Great platform. A little pricy at 10%.
What do you like best? The ease of finding work or workers at one place. What do you dislike? 10% is steep. Especially on larger ones. Recommendations to others considering the product: Do it! Have had great success using Field Nation for service requests
What do you like best? Nation-wide availability allows for service to our out of state clients What do you dislike? nothing really....only thing is sometimes qualifying techs for specific service types What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? usually quick response from Field Nation techs allows for quicker service for our clients

What do you like best? How to get jobs that are remote. You basically get to make your own schedule. What do you dislike? How you have to have a liability insurance and if you have one, it is really hard to add it to their mobile portal. Recommendations to others considering the product: Have your insurances ready and not just a bill. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? To get remote jobs in the area.

Field Nation is a very simple portal
What do you like best? I like how simple it is to select technicians for installation What do you dislike? Having to go go through many steps to remove tech that has logged time. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure tech has completed a background check before selecting. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This helps retain new customers that want to cancel because they do not have help to set up equipment.

User friendly platform that makes it easy to expedite our processes.
What do you like best? I like that is user-friendly and easy to use. Really fast customer service and feedback from the field nation team If I ever have a question. The team has even taken time ot call me to explain certain features or answer my questions. We can adjust our fees in ways we havent been able to do before using other platforms.
