"Good Value"

What do you like best about Ollie? Allows for brewery tracking and planning without being bogged down by too many unneeded features. What do you dislike about Ollie? Inventory management is a bit clunky. Both recipes and stock are brand specific and there is not any easy way to indicate that I used Muntons instead of Breiss on a batch (which throws inventory into disarray and causes pop up warnings about low stock). What problems is Ollie solving and how is that benefiting ...

"Would recommend Ollie Ops for Small Taproom Brewery"

What do you like best about Ollie? The best aspects of Ollie Ops are the ability to quickly and efficiently update anything on any device including my cell phone, it is not clunky like other beer software we have used in the past, and it's affordable for a small brewery under 2,000 bbls annually. The higher level support is excellent when we have deeper questions on use and tips/tricks. They are consistently adding features or updating aspects that could improve efficiency for prodution and ...

"Ollie is a great way to bring numerous aspects of the brewery into a single online platform."

What do you like best about Ollie? We have really enjoyed the ease of use with the Ollie platform. It is very user friendly, and has been easy to train our staff on. Having access to all (most) of the pertinent information for the brewery in a single location is immensely helpful for scheduling, ordering, batch tracking and even paying taxes. The communication between Ollie Ops and Ollie Order is fantastic as well. What do you dislike about Ollie? For us, the startup on Ollie was ...

"COGs Made Easy"

What do you like best about Ollie? The biggest upsides to using Ollie are the reports. After you have all of your ingredients and additives programmed in, the ability to track your costs across multiple vendors is priceless. I also really enjoy the variety of reports you can run to keep track of your brewery's analytics. What do you dislike about Ollie? One thing I think could be improved about Ollie is the packaging runs. For bottling/canning, it seems pretty robust, but for kegs, one ...

"An Excellent Option to Streamline Production"

What do you like best about Ollie? I love having everything related to production in one place. With a quick glance I can check our inventory (both finished product and ingredients) or browse recipes and see what our brew schedule is What do you dislike about Ollie? While Ollie does work on mobile, it is not laid out in a readable fashion. Certain pages require moving the phone to landscape in order to navigate screens. Everything else about Ollie is amazing What problems is Ollie solving ...

"Ollie has helped us with all inventories, but mainly in the raw goods area."

What do you like best about Ollie? The ease of use. Once the inventory of everything is in place we for the first time had the ability to track all raw materials and packaging materials. In the past this was done through spreadsheets and things get forgotten and you run out. Ollie has helped fixed this. What do you dislike about Ollie? I have the hardest time with new batch numbers when packaging. Having inventory of the same product under multiple batch/lot numbers is something we have ...

"Great product for raw material tracking at a small brewer."

What do you like best about Ollie? Ollie has been extremely helpful in tracking our raw material inventory and generating POs for upcoming scheduled brews. It is also a fantastic tool for tracking our COGs. What do you dislike about Ollie? The only feature I feel is missing is I would like to be able to pull up a certain grain or hop and see what recipes those particulars items are used in to determine if a reorder is needed soon. For example: I could pull up Cascade hops and it would show ...

"Easy to use, cost effective and feature rich"

What do you like best about Ollie? When we were shopping for software to manage brewery production we looked at nearly every available option. Some were obviously made with big breweries in mind and the price reflected that. Other, less expensive options didn't provide the features we wanted. Ollie Ops strikes a great balance. What do you dislike about Ollie? With recent updates, it took me awhile to get the hang out of creating products and packaging but I think I'm getting the hang of it. ...
