What do you like best about FeedbackSocially? I used it awhile back to collect feedbacks and organize 360-review. It was easy to use and analyze the data. What do you dislike about FeedbackSocially?

What do you like best about FeedbackSocially? If I had to point out something it would be the need for personalized goal setting. It is fantastic if the platform adapted its structure to match each individuals skills and abilities that it does not.
