Fax Plus will just keep taking your money!

I signed up for Fax Plus last year to refinance my house. I believed that I cancelled the service after the transactions were completed. I recently was notified of a charge to my bank for $59.99 as a possible scam. I immediately contacted Fax Plus to cancel the service and get a refund. They wrote back that they would be unable to refund my money as I was paying for a virtual fax number, but they would cancel my subscription. Purchased a premium subscription to send fax by email and phone. I looked up a few other companies and ultimately went with this one and assumed it would be a better bargain as I was short on time and needing to send documents fast and in a hurry, needless to say I have cancelled my plan after maybe 24 hours if that, I had several issues getting the actual fax to go through and when they don’t go through you lose your credits and will not be reimbursed instead told to re send the fax which ...

SCAM

They will sign you up for a subscription without your knowledge. They will trick you into adding credits into your account that cannot be refunded. Do not recommend this service.

If I could give it a zero

If I could give it a zero. I purchased the basic plan which consists of 100 pages per month. I sent a fax of 25 pages which took 30 min to complete transmission. Sent a 2nd one at the same time, 17 pages, after 1 1/2 hrs, transmission was not complete so I cancelled it. When I tried to resubmit, I received noticed that I had insufficient pages remaining - only 6 left and that I needed to add more money to get more credits in order to send the fax. Unauthorized transaction!!!

I needed to send an urgent fax with an extension number and Fax.Plus was the only site I found with that feature. When I went to the payment page there were different tiers of how much they would charge the card. Lowest price was $5.99 and the one up was $11.99 (don't remember the others). I needed to select the absolute lowest because I only had 25 pages to send, but before I had a chance to pick anything the page just glitches and charged me $11.99 and proceeded onto the next page on its ...

Avoid Fax.Plus is a SCAM. BEWARE!!

Avoid Fax.Plus. It was easy enough to sign up and get 100 fax pages. But after sending two faxes, my count was down to 49 pages. And when I went to send a third fax, it wouldn't send. And I got a message stating the number I was sending a fax was going to cost more. And that I needed to add credit to my account. Even though I had 49 pages left. WHAT A SCAM! Avoid this company.
