Fattmerchant has been the best merchant services company we have worked with. The staff is knowledgeable and eager to help and the system itself is very easy to work.

I would give a zero if I could
I would give a zero if I could. Customer Service is terrible. You can’t get anyone live. They say someone will get back to you but rarely do or if they do they dont help to resolve the issue. I have been waiting 5 months for a resolution to a problem and the keep telling me the issue has been resolved. IT HAS NOT! I will be looking for a new provider.

Fattmerchant's pricing model drew me in. And as a result of the pricing model, as well as how much easier it is to process payments, we offer payment by credit card much more broadly than we did before. The crazy thing is, we soon doubled the amount of credit card payments we were processing, but the fees we paid were still less than before. I'm not the type of person who recommends things to other people, but I actively recommend Fattmerchant to people I know.

Fattmerchant has been great!!
Fattmerchant has been great. My contacts there have been honest and trustworthy. After agreeing to sign on with Fattmerchant, I was sent an email going over all the details we had discussed. So there was no confusion over the details. Funds are in the bank the following day. These guys are so much better than their competitors.
