My worst experience w/ a Service Company

Honestly, very bad service. I think their main focus right now is all about "sales" and making "$$" as they are growing very fast. They completely forgot about the customer service part of their business.1. I called Customer Activation Specialist twice in the beginning stages, and both times I had been sent to voicemail. Love Fattmerchant

Love Fattmerchant. Ease of use and cost efficient. Customer service is beyond the best. Highly recommend for big or small businesses to maximize profits while offering options for payments to customers. Too easy and too great!

Great customer service

I've been searching for a credit card processing solution for our business (small architecture firm) for some time and looked into several service providers. Stax by Fattmerchant allows for a tremendous amount of flexibility of options for tracking, invoicing, etc. (including the simple functionality we were looking for) with simple/fair monthly fees (unlike other payment processing providers). That said, we are most impressed with the customer service - we can always get someone on the phone!

We chose Stax because of their great pricing and customer service.

We chose Stax because of their unique business model and the fact that they are women owned and led company. Customer service is great and getting onboarded was a breeze. We pay less than we did with my previous merchant services company and we are really happy with the service we are getting.

3 Weeks In - Want to Like It, But Having Issues

Heard many good things about Fattmerchant (AKA Stax), about their pricing model, and customer service. Unfortunately, our experience within the first few weeks has not been as great as we hoped. The sales rep had waived the first month's fees even though the promotion was over. This was nice of them to do; but what they did not tell us was that the timer for that first month would start 9 days before we received our onboarding call and terminal, which doesn't seem very reasonable given that ...

Making the Switch to Stax

I am just getting started with Stax but it seems very intuitive, the rates are far better than my old processing company, and the customer service people I have spoken with have been wonderful in getting me setup.

BEWARE of Fattmerchant

BEWARE of Fattmerchant they are growing in there quest to be the most unpopular merchant service provider in the business. This company is extremely well at getting people to sign up and convince them what they need but in reality it is what Fattmerchant wants Fatmerchant takes...
