What do you like best? Incredibly easy to use, supports all popular payment methods. All complex tax management done on your behalf. Incredible easy integrations with all popular platforms. What do you dislike? Need to work on customer service occasionally it can be hard to work with. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Most of those, if not all, seem to be complaints from people who buy from a supplier that uses FastSpring. We have been using FastSpring for almost 2 years. They make it so easy for our end customers to buy the product in their own currency. If there ever are any issues, the support team responds in a timely fashion.Accounting is very simple as well.My only wish is that I had a system this simple and comprehensive for my Direct customers.
