Very happily using FastSpring for several years
I've been using FastSpring for around three years and couldn't be happier. We are a fast-growing SaaS startup and FastSpring has allowed us to grow without having to worry about sales taxes. My subscribtion for a software product
My subscribtion for a software product was cancelled by me, and I forgot the date of renewal. After a few days I asked FastSpring for a sollution. They gave me the opportunity for an arrangement with the vendor. I didn't have to pay many more money for a complete new subsribtion. My old subscribtion could be continued.

B....... good to get an online company and big company that cares for your enquiry thats is not earningvthem money. I coudnt work out what a payment was and fatspring helped . Thanks dudes

Really quick!
Support resolved my issue really quickly. I was afraid that the issue was not that simple and obvious, and once I saw that I have to create a ticket via form on the website I was imagining weeks of waiting for an answer and yet it got resolved in few hours
