It's Customer Support Jim, but not as we know it ...

The customer service /support and follow up was absolutely top-notch from Fastspring. In fact, it was only after having this experience that I realised I had never EVER had any real Customer Support previously. Patient, professional, courteous, and putting the customer first ALL of the time, not just some of the time!

Being understood

I had a situation where my PayPal account had been hacked. Once they knew what had happened I was refunded and the Hacker shut down. FastSpring put my at rest. I am so greatful.
