PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? This tool enables us to manage all transaction information and eliminates the need to communicate directly with clients. It gives you the ability to customize order pages as well as ads, vouchers, etc. What aspects are problematic or could work better? FastSpring is a little difficult to manage, it'd be nice if they could have support staff to help set up order pages instead of just making user pick choices that aren't really easy ...

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Product management and set up is so easy. It also has an efficient, streamlined and intuitive order page. You can also customize the notifications. What aspects are problematic or could work better? There's no actual profit transaction detail and reports for failed orders. Affiliate management and sign-up are not automatic. You can't also do transfers between v2v. What specific problems in your company were solved by this product? ...

I have been a vendor with FastSpring for more than 10 years and have received no complaints from my customers. FastSpring saved me when all the Software Resellers were aquired by Digital River and I had to close my accounts with them. Regarding the recent complaint raised by Kai, I also had the same problem initially. But then I found out that Hyperwallet is in fact better than PayPal.
