FastSpring is getting worse and worse
In the past I left a 5-star review here, but now I change it to 1 stars, because FastSpring is getting worse and worse all the time. For example, we received money via Payoneer for years and recently they moved to Hyperwallet from PayPal and we now have a lot of issues. Awful support since 2018
Much worse support since 2018. For example, orders through credit cards stopped going through on Friday Oct 9. Reported the issue to support as urgent on Oct 9. As of Oct 12 no reply from support team at all.Customers with insufficient balance on their card cannot retry for 2 days. For example, if I'm a customer and want to buy your product. FastSpring - Epic Fail They Can't See
I've struggled to give FastSpring a chance for almost two years. The software bugs and internal company issues adversely impact our customers on an ongoing basis and have repeatedly reduced company sales. The company provides customer support on a part-time basis with junior staff who are not empowered to deliver or drive fixes. Detects genuine transactions as fraud.
Over three days I tried 6 different cards, 3 different ISP but no success, as a customer I am frustrated. I also spent a few hours with the merchant but they asked me to use PayPal as Payment Method on Fastspring but the great FastSpring does not offer PayPal option in India.I will never recommend FastSpring to any merchant unless they are willing to turn aways customers which are willing to buy their products.

Fastspring/Upredsun combination;
I purchased upredsun Port Forwarding Wizard for my Mac. The download link, key and invoice came from Fastspring. When I download the package the executable file was missing, so the software couldn't be loaded. I contacted Fastspring who advised me I needed to contact upredsun. Initially had an issue with a license…
Initially had an issue with a license generation issue, and messaged support. Paul got back to me within a few hours to let me know what was happening with my purchase. They voided it on their end so I wouldn't have to deal with my bank. He was very helpful in explaining the situation and explained that it should work next time.
