What do you like best? The simplicity of the dashboard and the ability to process refunds and invoices quickly and easily. What do you dislike? The customer service used to be excellent but recently wait times have increased and the support isn't as good as it used to be. What business problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? I love the fact that FastSpring only requires a percentage cut of sales and not an additional service fee. My previous e-Commerce platform charged a hefty cuts of sales and a service fee on top of that. The money I was making went right back into paying the service fees.
