Lack of integration.

I have attempted to purchase FCPX templates from a Polish software company who for some reason want payment in dollars. This means an American payment processor provider must be used. Why? only MotionVFX know. The problem is Fastspring’s system does not integrate with my European bank's enhanced security protocols. So basically, I cannot pay. Caution. I ordered a key for Freemake Video Downloader and didn't notice that an add function had been pre-checked for app reloads that are actually free but for which I was charged a $7 insurance fee. My oversight for not checking. Be cautious.

I ordered a key for Freemake Video Downloader and didn't notice they had checked an add function for app reloads that are actually free but for which they charged a $7 insurance fee. My oversight for not checking. Sorry to see a group that provides a useful service engage in borderline tactics. Beware.

Spamers who don't respect GDPR requests

I've first kindly asked their sales agents to stop calling me on my phone and emailing me. It didn't help. They continued to do so.Then I formally requested from their privacy department to delete all of my personal and contact info. They replied that it's done. And guess what? Their sales agent called and emailed me again, twice. So they lied and didn't erase anything. If there was ever any chance that I would use their services, it's now 100% gone.

It was simple to integrate, the overall checkout experience that my customers saw was flawless, and there was almost no need to contact FastSpring support. Залупа ебаная а не платформа. Очень забаганая. Фиг вытащищь данные, запилина через трипизды, и даже jquery не поддерживается в 2020 году. Я в ахуе. Внутренние ивенты кривые, данные что должны отправлять в числовом формате отпралятся как строка/текст. Собственные ивенты через раз (в лучшем случае) отрабатывают. Короче крайне не рекомендую
