Fraud

Hard to contact. Charged me after my 6 month trial of autotune unlimited because I haven’t received an email to tell me that my free trial is expiring soon. I don’t need the product. I want refund.Edit: I already submitted a ticket and you didn’t reply and just closed it.

Non-existent support response

They are the most expensive commerce solution available but have the worst support ever. Customer support portal does not seem to be monitored at all. After 3 business days still no reply to my urgent support call #01020487 regarding a $1,000 sale. Impossible to escalate a unanswered support issue as no contact emails or numbers. Have to resort to requesting for help on their Facebook page which is also a hit and miss affair as nobody seems to be monitoring that either. I think they run on ...

Fraudulent activities

Fraudulent activities. Never use this dodgy company. Never fall in trap of trial. It will charge you without notice and will not give you instant access to your account. Disgusting company. I heard quote : Robbers are not doing robbing by physically, rather they open online company.

I searched for a long time to find a…

I searched for a long time to find a link to cancel the subscription that had been extended beyond what I had agreed to. When I finally found it I received no confirmation that I had successfully cancelled. My credit card was subsequently charged anyway. I will not make any more online purchases that pass through FastSpring. Doesn't FastSpring even sound like a trap?????

Soon this company will close. Not using Synergies

I dont know how this company is still alive....I mean i tried to test their platform and all they come back to say that we dont want more clients. I tried many times to follow up and understand the reason why the store was always under review also reported a bug they had ... the response time is just taking so long that got me demotivated .Good Luck with Sales !

Lack of integration and hopeless customer support.

I have attempted to purchase FCPX templates from a Polish software company who for some reason want payment in dollars. This means an American payment processor provider must be used. Why? only MotionVFX know. The problem is Fastspring’s system does not integrate with my European bank's enhanced security protocols. So basically, I cannot pay.
