I ordered one week subscription, but after that they scharged full price. i asked for refund, they actually did it, but now i am not able to cancel my subscription, nor remove my payment method. they say i wont be charged anymore because i have lifetime license, but i clearly see that there is stated it will renew after 3 years. this is what i wrote to them but remained without response:Ok, i am going to write this one last time, i appreciate you refunded my payment. I bought a weeks licence for a conversion programme and they then went and took a full payment out ..there is nowhere on the site that says they will do this ...BEWAREAfter being asked by Fastspring to give more detail I will follow on by saying that the product did work well but I only wanted it for 2 things and didnt need a full licence..The site says "buy a licence for a week " nowwhere could I see that you had to cancel something after the week was up ..when you buy smothing for a week ...

BEWARE, impossible to cancel fastsprint, We found better software and made multiple attempts to cancel have failed, they ignore our emails and won't send a password reset.

Up until recently I've not really had any issues, and any queries have been responded to reasonably quickly. However the past few months have been completely different. Fastspring & Lazysoft are Scam companies

I used there company called lazysoft to download a program to help me fix my tablet did not realise could not use on a tablet emailed fastspring they said if I wanted a refund I would have to contact lazysoft tried contacting them they do not reply.
