I NEED A REFUND PLEASEI tried to sign up for some freelance online jobs but their system would'nt sign me in ulnless I ticked the part to subscribe with Fastspring. Since a $0.00 subscription fee showed, I clicked on it, only to find that it was $0.00 for the first month and $56.35 monthly from my paypal account. Could not complete the transaction

Terrible notification policy
FastSpring needs a better client notification policy. It notified me that my computer protection bill was due ON THE DAY IT WAS DUE, not with any notice (like a week). My credit card bank saw it as a "suspicious activity" and locked my card. I had no explanation about the charge, so I had to cancel my only card. I had no card for 10 days before my new card arrived. I also lost my computer protection coverage because I had no card to pay with.A one week "warning" notification from FastSpring ...

Terrible merchant experiance
MERCHANT REVIEW:Gosh where do I start, first off. Avoid fastspring there are such better solutions out there.You dont get an account a manager, so if you have a issue expect day or week reply times. They just send canned responses. Their awnser doesnt even help you.They refund payments 8 months after the customer has paid, I'm talking about $1000 payments.If you get a paypal dispute, they auto refund it no questions asked, they dont ask for you input just auto refund...Lots of payment ...

Unable to process a payment after changing the billing from monthly to yearly, and currency from EUR to USD. I have been going back-and-forth with the vendor using FastSpring for days now without success. The bank claims no payment notification has been issued by FastSpring, FastSpring blames the bank.EDIT:I am no payment processing expert, but from a quick Google search I see that "acquirer" is a bank representing the MERCHANT, and not the buyer. Robust tool and easy to use
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Product management and set up is so easy. It also has an efficient, streamlined and intuitive order page. You can also customize the notifications. What aspects are problematic or could work better? There's no actual profit transaction detail and reports for failed orders.
