best app for a sales agent

What do you like best? everytime we need to take details of the customer or client. that consume lots of paper which is not good for nature. this app helps a lot to take the feedback,detils and reviews. good initiative. app gui is so meaningful and easy to use. it's work offline feature is too good. and save half filled forms and complete that whenever you want. this app create database in the local device and the server too. so i appreciate the idea.
