Our experience with Famly so far is brilliant, we have been using the system for nearly a year now and have felt so supported by the team, it was really easy to use and we set it up within a few hours. There have been a few times that I have needed some support, I was able to get through straight away most of the time or leave a message and I was called back really quickly (this was during (Covid-19), so it was to be expected. Staying in touch with Famly.

We are using Famly a lot to stay in touch with our client base - both the current Critical worker group we are supporting but just as importantly our wider group of locked down children and their families. We have now got 3 or 4 staff regularly posting updates, photos and videos. We’re just releasing our own client survey just to see what the Critical worker users are thinking of our service and whether it is meeting their needs. I just love the Famly app

I just love the Famly app. It is so easy to communicate with families & I can see if parents have seen messages or not, so often with paper diaries they weren't always looked at & messages could be missed. The parents love the feedback through out the day & like that they are able to add family members in to see the photos & videos of our day to day activities.
