"A Fantastic Social Suite Product That Could Be Your Solve Everything"

What do you like best? It's a great all in one product for our social needs as an agency. We're able to create organic postings on FB, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube. What do you like best? Very good for customer care. Very good for collaboration with many stakeholders. What do you dislike? Sometimes platform updates lead to problems. "Easy to use, simple interface, solid analysis"

What do you like best? The interface for creating posts and calendaring them makes each element (copy, image, scheduling) very clear and distinct. That helps when I am moving quickly and batching large numbers of posts. I'm also able to quickly see results and measure against campaign goals, which makes social media a much more impactful component of our go-to-market plans. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I often hear from people that they have access to platforms such as Sprout Social and Hootsuite, but they aren't scheduling their content through it, and are just scheduling it organically. That doesn't seem to be the case with Falcon. It's very each to schedule content, even on countless platforms. They have great calendars that you can view by the month or week that easily shows how your content is laid out and on what platforms. It's the best "schedule at a glance" ...

Able to plan the calender for the month on socail media and use common pool of content

What do you like best? Unified location for information and consumer interaction. What do you dislike? Difficulty on IG posting parameters.Falcon limits pixel format and aspect ratio for photography which is not ideal. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Communication with International colleagues and overcoming translation and IP transfer issues.

What do you like best? The ability to track hashtags and comments in one seamless platform, and collaborate across teams. Our creative, community management, and client teams all have access to the platform. What do you dislike? The fact that there is no integration with Instagram or Instagram stories.
