"Falcon is great"

What do you like best? Falcon is very simple, straight-forward and easy to use. What do you dislike? I dislike that it doesn't tag people at least on LinkedIn. In order to tag someone, you actually have to use the platform. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Falcon has solved our corporate problem of multiple divisions of our company using social media and them trying to manage so many multiple pages. Now, it's all in one easy to use location.

"Falcon is great"

What do you like best? Falcon is very simple, straight-forward and easy to use. What do you dislike? I dislike that it doesn't tag people at least on LinkedIn. "User friendly tool with excellent customer support"

What do you like best? Falcon's listening tool makes monitoring competitor and brand activity a piece of cake. I appreciate how uncluttered and intuitive the dashboards are. What do you dislike? What do you like best? UX - set up, navigation and analysis are straightforward and intuitive. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I most like the image sizing per platform function What do you dislike? I don't like how the stats cannot go back over a year. I needed to pull fiscal year stats compared to the year before and was unable to get those through Falcon What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Staying more organized and posting on all platforms. I love the campaign function to keep organized.

"An In-Depth Social Management Tool for it All"

What do you like best? I like how you can create your post for Facebook-get the caption, photo, link, time--and when you're ready to hit schedule, you can copy it and post on another social channel. "Very useful and intuitive"

What do you like best? The schedule part, as I can see how it will look on the feed before posting. What do you dislike? Sharing videos is more difficult, as we have to use the Hub App What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can do my job in a more organised way. I save a lot of time thanks to Falcon.

"Good product particularly for Community Management, analysis side still developing."

What do you like best? Posting capabilities are brilliant, they allow us to get all of our content out quickly and efficiently. Labels are pivotal to managing our campaigns too. What do you dislike? Reporting functions still developing, there could be more features for content-first and publishing-first teams. "Can I have it all in one platform? Yes, with Falcon you can"

What do you like best? Awesome support. Quick and right to the point. Even when the issue is not solved you feel like you have it all explained. And if there's a feature that the platform still doesn't have, you know that it's going to a list of requests. What do you dislike? Not much actually. But a few negative points are no export feature available for dashboards; not enough metrics available on the listening tool; twitter metrics incomplete; no link clicks available for Instagram ...
