Promised functionalities exceed our needs What problems is FaceUp solving and how is that benefiting you? Having a secure, confidential, anonymous channel to allow victims and observers to raise their hand/voice and boost the traditional lines of defense (management, audit, risk...)

"Affordable and reliable whistleblowing solution"
What do you like best about FaceUp? Our experience is excellent, from easy implementation through to working with reports. FaceUp is customizable and has a lot of features for value. It is easy to use and an effective two-way communication tool. The software is constantly developed according to the customer's needs. What do you dislike about FaceUp? There is nothing that is not useful so far. What problems is FaceUp solving and how is that benefiting you? Whistleblowing legislative, HR topics.

Exceeding the effectiveness of any other tool we used
Having FaceUp has definitely helped our company. Our experience with FaceUp thus far has been excellent, the ease of use of the platform is amazing, along with the features and functionality. The customer support is flawless and meets the value for money. We have been using FaceUp for the past couple of months, and it has helped us resolve the reports far more efficiently than any other platform or method we have used in the past.

Great whistleblowing solution
FaceUp saves companies money through a tool that helps identify underlying financial, social, managerial, and any other kind of problems that can occur. At the same time it protects employees who decide to address these issues by offering them complete anonymity throughout the whole reporting process.

Very efficient platform
FaceUp is a great platform for identifying underlying problems, which otherwise would not be discovered or would cost more money and time. I appreciate it is secure, ISO certified and complies with GDPR and EU Whistleblowing Directive.

The ideal platform for any company that cares about their employees
We use FaceUp to gather different kinds of inputs from our staff. We gather feedback about the company processes (positive or negative), check up on possible mental health problems etc. The most significant benefit is the simplicity of having everything in one place and not needing to search through multiple channels. It’s also helpful that FaceUp offers different types of overviews and dashboards in the administration so that we can see the bigger picture too.

"The best tool for trusted communication with employees"
What do you like best about FaceUp? Clear design, statistics, case management, the ability to set access to individual administrators and customize the report form according to our needs. What do you dislike about FaceUp? I don't know, I guess I can't think of anything right now. What problems is FaceUp solving and how is that benefiting you? We needed to increase trust from staff in all branches. We wanted them not to be afraid to turn to us. FaceUp helped us do just that.

What do you like best about FaceUp? I would love to tell you about our experience with the FaceUp app (we use CZ version called NNTB) so far. Our organisation is supporting families impacted by child abuse. Safety, privacy, openness, kindness and communication about every topic - good or bad are all in our DNA. What do you like best about FaceUp? We especially like the user interface of the app, combined with very high security. The product responds well to the needs of the new European Whistleblower Protection Directive and, in combination with a law firm that can be the system administrator, the company can easily meet this legislative obligation. What do you like best about FaceUp? The app helped us cover both customer and legislative requirements regarding GDPR in a very simple and clear way. Applications can be easily used by both people in administration and workers - it couldn't be more simple.
