EZCare is a great cloud-based alternative for other daycare software
What do you like best? From an IT perspective, we love not having to host our own dedicated server to this software, and from the preschool perspective, they can send a text or email to parents at anytime, anywhere from any device that connects to the internet. What do you dislike? The only dislike (if you can really even call it that), is that the software is still in development. Using EZ Care for bookkeeping purposes
What do you like best? The ability to run reports by selecting various options to see high level data, detail data, data by date, ledger account, class, etc. Also that both student and staff data is in one place. The ability to archive prior year's data. What do you dislike? Reports are "clunky" - too many steps to open and close reports. Been a user for 12+ years and it has been very user friendly.
What do you like best? Very user friendly and very easy to learn. The support is top notch. What do you dislike? I wish the credit card fees were a little cheaper. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use the program for after school billing, reporting and attendance for both children and staff.

What do you like best? I love how seamless the payment processing suite works with the ledgers. The number of reports that are available is phenomenal...anything you think you'd need to run, it's there. Best thing? You can customize all reports! BONUS: Customer Service is on point. What do you like best? Technical support is always available to help. I also love the webinar trainings. What do you dislike? Would like to see paper payments drop down list by student not parent.
