The current pastor has not used it yet, and EZ Texting informed me today that if I did not pay for an additional year, I would lose all my existing credits and that the credits were only good for a year. I love how easy the service is and whenever there is an issues customer service does the best job of helping fix it. The do it quickly too. I love EZtexting!

TEXTS ON HOLD

I had a problem with my texts being "reviewed" and not being sent out. Voiced my complaint to support because the texts were so basic of meetings times and cancellations, etc ... and it was remedied. Much appreciated. I put 3 stars because the texts needed to get out asap, so I went through too much stress. Hopefully, this won't happen again and then I'll upgrade to 5 stars because the service is truly amazing.

Ez texting is great. So convenient and I love the AI text feature.
