Painful until we moved to the cloud.

What do you like best? Exterro makes it easy to monitor legal holds and do reviews of ESI. It is very intuitive to use in that regard. What do you dislike? Our pain came from our infrastructure when we were on prem. We had many problems with collecting and producing ESI. However, once we moved to the cloud, that became much easier. Experience has been good but difficult

What do you like best? I like that we are able to complete the discovery in one tool and on our own instead of having our IT Department complete it for us. I also like that we can review the emails to confirm they are relevant to what we are searching for. The tool also will save us money on attorneys fees due to sending less documents for them to review. What do you like best? All in one technogy that make it seamless. What do you dislike? Not all parts work as advertised. Tech support needs improvement. Recommendations to others considering the product: Do a complete POC and hire an independent consultant. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Project management. Better workflow.

What do you like best? The templates eliminate the need for recreating what is often repetitive language in a hold. I like that the system tracks responses thereby eliminating the need to do so as a manual process. What do you dislike? I do wish the system was more compatible with Word. What do you like best? I like (most of the navigation and speediness of the Exterro fusion tool. What do you dislike? there are some minor navigation quirks that could be improved. i am working on submitting them with a colleague to the suggestions portal.
