What do you like best? The new interface of Exterro is very user friendly. The tool allows us to keep track of all our holds and the custodians on them. The ease to look up information and generate reports make the transfer of information a breeze. What do you dislike? Since the upgrade and I have not found any feature to dislike. What do you like best? The top level review of ECAs was very helpful as we do not do many in our company. What do you dislike? The ingest session was too fast for someone who has never used the same. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have eased the burden on some custodians and improved the process for custodians to respond to legal holds.

What do you like best? The value offered by Exterro is unmatched in the industry. Exterro is very open to new ideas and takes feedback to build features into the product road map. I'm still rather new to the platform and trying to get up to speed on its capabilities

What do you like best? Since much of the platform is integrated with other features/components, that's rather nice What do you dislike? There's still too much disconnected and division between the traditional "Exterro" platform and the "Jordan Lawrence" pieces. Even the training team and employees still refer to themselves on one half or the other...needs to be visually and in every way integrated with a single story rather than convoluted pieces. What do you like best? Exterro has a good administrative UI that makes it easy for IT to implement and even engage the business as owners of the platform. The ability to extend the platform with custom fields was vital for our organization to be able to adopt the platform and maintain our operational practice. What do you like best? I like that it is able to integrate with Legal Tracker. This allows us to keep all our matters linked, so we can keep everything in sync with each other. I also like how easy it is to use and create a legal hold. The template feature is great and makes creating legal holds so much easier and faster. Informative, interactive, and intriguing.

What do you like best? I enjoyed the ability to actively participate in the demo. I learn best by working through things, so this was definitely suited to my learning style. We were able to have our own test accounts and the ability to actually work through the platform.
