Great instructions
The technician gave me very detailed instructions for my Mac. I wasn't able to connect to the internet without the VPN on, which was very odd. Once he gave me some DNS entries for my network settings everything was fine.

Good customer service when I chose to exit. This is very rare and great. So if you want to try them, you don't have to be afraid to get stuck to them. In case you experience troubles they will help you solve them or release you upon request. Super quick and kind service.

Fast resolution of connection problem
It was very easy and fast for me to connect with someone over chat. The directions provided resolved my problem quickly and with no confusion.
