Excellent reliability / Excellent support if required
Has worked very very well over aobut 4 years been using. Only had connections problems twice. Both times I was travelling. Both times the response to fix was immediate ( I did not miss a particular world cup game !) even though the problem was more on end service updated geoblocking algorithms to lock me out.

After 2 years experience
3 points in my opinion after 2 years of use: 1. I didn't experience any connectivity issues, in the sense that phone traffic is completely diverted through the VPN and you wake up when the world is dearest to you without an internet connection. 2. You don't need any special knowledge of settings to use it. The interface is just too simple in my opinion. 3. It delivers what it promises: it helps you remain "almost unknown" in the online space related to the needs of a home user.

Reliable VPN application
Express VPN is a very reliable application. I am using on several devices with no issues. I travel also so it is important for to have a service that can keep me secure even while traveling to different countries. I have only had 1 or 2 hiccups over the time I have used this application and I was able to easily get in contact with tech support to solve my issues. I would recommend.

My VPN is Express VPN
