Does exactly what it is supposed to do
Does exactly what it is supposed to do. That alone makes it excel where other vpns fall greatly behind. Damn good product. I would highly recommend it to friends but they don't even know what a vpn is 😒

Great support
I got support through email. My problem was solved relatively quickly (within an hour or so) and thoroughly. They also have quite responsive online chat support, but I didn’t use that because my issue was not that urgent. This is a relatively expensive VPN service, but I think their product and support are worth it.
