I emailed the company to tell them I couldn’t connect to channel four and asked if they could help. They have a range of ways to connect including live chat or telephone, I prefer email. I got a reply a few hours later with a number of options to try, including updating the app. The steps were very clear and the problem was solved. Security peace of mind
