Gamechanger for us

What do you like best? Ability to seamlessly tie social proof into specific product pages, and monitor buzz around our brand. What do you dislike? Much easier way to pro deal

While deals can range considerably versus direct professional relationships with outdoor companies, expertvoice has made it so much easier to access pro offers than requesting every place one by one. Their training feels a little like a retail job but I get the point and appreciate them sharing info as people do ask us for gear advice all the time.

Great for new gear, but deals are sometimes better elsewhere

What do you like best? I like that its all in one place & you don't have to comparison shop as much What do you dislike? The search function is terrible! If you do not spell a brand correctly you are not going to find it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Haha, it has made more problems for me. I spend way too much time on there buying gear! It emptys my pockets! Definitely that is actually a benefit.

This app is just an average app, not keeping up with the claims it had made.

What do you like best? Ease of navigation, it takes less space, unique filters, and easy training modules. What do you dislike? It gets quite slow at times (consistently). It is not low-priced and there is less involvement of retailers in our whole process. Recommendations to others considering the product: It would be nice if you reduce the cost of this product and add more portfolios. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? None.

Very sloppy inefficient platform

Very sloppy inefficient platform, they fraud it me extra out my credit card and luckily USAA credit card company credit me back. And their customer service is very rude and unfriendly! Stay away! Finally, takes forever month+ to get your merchandise if you’re lucky and by time you pay platform fees comes out the same as Amazon although Amazon you get two days shipping vs Expertvoice.com takes weeks/months and sometimes never!
