Great customer support and lovely internal search engine
We were looking for a better solution than the default Magento search. Thanks to a Quora question to alternatives of Google Custom Search I found out about Expertrec. We chooses for a trial for our Dilmah Benelux shop and integration was very low level, almost no technical skills needed.
