Very bad customer support

Very bad customer support. Place order payed for it, now they want me to send my id details which im not willing to do. They should ar least tell their customer the requurements while purchasing. email them explaining my reasoning and wanting my money back. But no reply No phone contacts, absolutely useless. don't reply to my email no response nothing.

Not worth it

Not Australian - Hong Kong company. Bought a Mystery Box 1, purported 269.99RRP - got 5 items, 1 was a cheap heart monitor bracelet of no use. Only 2 things I would would say are of any use, a speaker and anti-radiation sticker, but you can get much cheaper elsewhere and probably wouldn't be the brand I'd pick. Will have to sell the rest to recoup some money for my stupidity. Mystery boxes I know are a gamble but paid more for them collectively than they are individually worth on their ...

Never will I purchase from this site…

Never will I purchase from this site again. It says it's an Australian site yet my order was not shipped from within the country. It's false and misleading to describe the site as "Expansys Australia" when the products are shipped from overseas. If I wanted to import products I'd go to an overseas site, not one that falsely claims its Australian.

Do Not Buy from them! they pretend to be based either in NZ or AU by having .co.nz or .co.au website. customer service is sh$t and cannot be trusted. they r based in Hong Kong!! stay away from them....
